Why Spiritual Wellness should be the Ultimate Self-Care Flexx
Tap into your God-Given Authority!
Let’s be honest. These past few years have been more than we bargained for. All aspects of our health (physical, mental, emotional) have tested us. More than anything, our spirit has been affected, and our faith in humanity rapidly distinguished. Wouldn’t be the 1st time in history; something continued to move us forward.
For those who are reading this article now, we did not wither and die. Instead, we shifted and leaned into this lesson. As a result, genetic solutions have been placed in our DNA for the next generation to prosper and revolutionize.
What we know for sure, one thing pushing us forward is not our health. If only our minds can comprehend the bigger picture, we will see that we are not in control. Having faith is what keeps us connected. Faithful to our families, hopeful for the future, and loving towards one another despite our differences is what will sustain us.
Notwithstanding what’s going on outside of us, our spiritual wellness is what will see us through this life. Spiritual wellness means believing in something bigger than yourself. Call it God, the universe, or a higher being; if you’re not flexing your spiritual muscles in this current climate, you will get sucked in by the world without living. Being spiritual allows you to:
- Find Your Purpose
- Overcome Fear
- Be Authentic
- Find Inner Peace
When we lean into our spirit, we produce hope and faith for things we cannot understand, and we start to find our purpose. That confidence and optimistic attitude motivate and create momentum to overcome our fears. Fear holds us back and keeps us in a cycle of comfort which lacks growth. Our comfort starts to look like our surroundings where we are influenced and ineffective rather than authentic and productive. Purpose, fearlessness, and authenticity can lead to inner peace in this life regardless of what’s happening around you.
Your spiritual wellness helps you live your dream life, overcome obstacles, and potentially live a life you only see in an epic biopic. It doesn’t have to be complicated. You just have to believe…
