Chakras are energy centers within the body that play a significant role in our spiritual wellness. Originating from ancient Indian philosophy, these swirling wheels of energy contribute to our overall well-being and consciousness.

The Seven Major Chakras:

Root Chakra

Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra is associated with survival, security, and basic human needs.

Sacral Chakra

Situated between the base of the spine and the navel, the Sacral Chakra governs creativity and sexual energy.

Solar Plexus Chakra

This chakra is located in the upper abdomen and is linked to self-confidence and self-esteem.

Heart Chakra

Situated over the heart, this chakra is the center of love, compassion, and kindness.

Throat Chakra

Located in the throat, this chakra governs communication and expression.

Third Eye Chakra

Situated on the forehead, between the eyes, the Third Eye Chakra is associated with intuition and insight.

Crown Chakra

Located at the top of the head, this chakra connects us to the divine and our higher selves.

Physical health
