- 4:30 am: My alarm gently nudges me awake. I added a sun lamp for added motivation and brightness during these dark winter months.
- Inner peace first: A quiet meditation and prayer set the tone for the day, grounding me in gratitude and intention.
Muscle symphony:
- 5:15 am: The gym in my building becomes my personal concert hall. I conduct a symphony of strength and flexibility with the Ladder App, weaving Pilates and weight training into a 45-minute workout.
- Cardio crescendo: Thirty minutes of invigorating cardio adds a vibrant beat to the routine, leaving me energized and ready to face the day.
- Stretching finale: A gentle 15-minute stretch cools down the movement and sends me back home feeling refreshed and ready for the workday.
From desk to dinner:
- 6:45 am: Shower, coffee, and a quick breakfast fuel my transformation from warrior to professional.
- 7:30 am: Out the door and into the bustling world, arriving at the office by 8 am, ready to tackle the day’s challenges.
- 4:00 pm: The clock chimes, and it’s time to swap spreadsheets for spatulas. Dinner awaits, simmering with the promise of comfort and relaxation.
- 5:00 pm: With a full belly and a content heart, I carve out time for my passion projects, allowing creativity to flow freely until 7 pm.
Lights down, mind awake:
- 7:00 pm — 8:00 pm: Books become my companions, transporting me to different worlds and enriching my soul with knowledge and inspiration.
- 8:30 pm: One final meditation before sleep, a gentle lullaby washing away the day’s residue and ushering in a restful night.
- 9:00 pm: 7 glorious hours later, I awaken, ready to repeat the beautiful symphony of my life, one intentional note at a time.
